Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy

Shipping

Domestic Orders (India): We handle all orders within two business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your region. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach places may take 10-12 business days.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Request: You must inform us or raise a return query within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns sent after this time will not be eligible.
Exempt Goods: Items that are used, modified, or damaged externally cannot be returned.
Proof of Purchase: To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will advise you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If authorized, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a 10-15 days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as the refund may take some time to be formally posted.

Sales Items

We will only replace things that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please contact us at craftkdofficial@gmail.com and deliver it to our Anand store.
If approved for exchange, we will process it within 10 days.

You will be responsible for covering your own return shipping fees. These expenses are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be taken from it.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance for high-value purchases because we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
